Farmers Market Orders

Welcome to our Virtual Farmers Market

Here you will be able to order our farm fresh produce and a few other famous Willowtree Farm products just like you were attending our regular farmers market.

All orders are processed through our online ordering (See Below)

Willowtree Farms needs 36 hours lead time to process your order for that week. Orders must be placed before this deadline or they will be processed the following week.

Deadlines for Placing an Order:

For Saturday pickup orders must be placed by Thursday

For Tuesday delivery to Pickering & Ajax orders must be placed Sunday

**Orders placed after these deadlines will be filled the following week**

 

How it works:

Select all the items you would like to receive with your order to add them to your cart. When you have found everything you would like, click the Checkout button.

Select either a pickup location or delivery to your door ** (for certain areas only)

Fill in your personal information.

To complete you order checkout thru PayPal, Credit or Visa Debit.

Peterborough on Saturday at Bobcaygeon Brewing Company at 4-649 The Parkway in Peterborough

Don’t forget to order your favourite Bobcaygeon brews to go along with your grocery pick up and do one pick up for all food and drink needs!!

 

Areas we will be Coming to Soon:

Whitby – Town Brewery (1632 Charles St, Whitby L1N 1B9) – May 6th

We are working on Locations for Newmarket and East York in Toronto

Pick Up Instructions:

  1. Please tell us your name and order number when we come out so that we make sure we are giving you the correct order.
  2. Place a green grocery tote or laundry basket, etc. in your back trunk and we can place your groceries into the bins provided. We are not packing bags or anything with cloth at this time.

Delivery Instructions:

  1. Deliveries will be made to Pickering and Ajax for Tuesday, delivery only ($7)
  2. Deliveries will be made anytime between 9am-7pm. We will ring your doorbell & leave the groceries at your door.
  3. Please put a cooler or other type of secure bin to put your groceries into when we arrive.
